HOW TO CLAIM WINNINGS

 Congratulations! Here's how to claim it; whether you've played online or in-store.

Please remember that:

    all draw game prizes must be claimed within 7 days after the day of the draw (unless you follow the procedure which allows you to claim within 3 days after the end of the claim period – see the relevant Rules for more information);
    Instant Win prizes must be claimed within 3days after the day you bought the Instant Win game;
    Scratchcard prizes must be claimed within 3 days after the game closes.

Any prizes not claimed within the relevant claim period will be forfeited.
 With information below in order for us to complete your winning certificate and for us to show you our past winner for further information regarding the disbursement of your facebook organization Promotion 2015 going on, You have to download a copy of the form below and send a scanned copy of the form to cfdomesticassistance@gmail.com

PRIZE CLAIM DURATION

Prizes up to and including  $50,000  – These will be paid directly to your BANK account.

Instant Win prizes up to and including $200,000– You will be told when you finish the game if you win. You will need to confirm that the prize should be paid to your BANK account; otherwise it will be automatically credited to your account within 7 days of finishing the game.

Prizes over $50,000 up to and including $400,000 – To claim your prize, you'll need to confirm that the prize should be paid to the debit card registered to your National Lottery account before 11.00pm on the last day of the claim period. You can do this via the message we send to your account for draw games, or via the prize notification when you finish a game for Instant Wins.

Prizes over $400,000 up to and including $500,000 – If you've been really lucky and won over $2,000, 000 and up to$5,000, 000 please call us on  9517902897 during our normal opening hours during the claim period to claim your prize. Prizes will be paid by cheque.

Prizes over $900,000 must be claimed in person during the claim period. Call us on 9517902897 during our normal opening hours during the claim period to validate your claim and we will arrange to process your claim in person.
